Leslie was acting very sluggish. So we trapped him and took him to the vet.
Turned out that his abdomen was completely filled with fluid. The vet said this could be due to cancer, a heart condition, or FIP virus. Also he had kidney disease.
So we had to send Leslie to the Rainbow Bridge. Such a sad day. Even though he was not one of our inside rescues, it felt like he was family. He had been coming for nearly 3 years for food every day.
