We Believe Feral Grizzle Went Over the Rainbow Bridge

Today, we are very sad. Grizzle, a feral who just turned 10 years old this past spring, has been missing for 6 days. She has seemed sluggish allot recently. Yet she has been visiting our water/food areas several times a day for years. We suspect she sequestered herself somewhere to die in private.

Of course, we know she reached about twice the age the average feral cat attains. Yet it is still disheartening that she would never let us trap her to take her in for vet care.
