I hope she gets rid of that hairball and starts eating again.
If she's constipated she might not want to eat, though. Or is just the hairball? If constipation, the vet techs could give her a human baby enema if necessary--Derry had one a few years ago when I had switched him to a hairball formula food (too much fiber for him, blocked him up).
You definitely don't want her bowels getting really blocked though--a couple of the CB cats recently required surgery to remove impacted stool.
