Fortunately, all of our kitties seem to be well at this time.
I was reading about Hyperthyroidism in cats - also known as thyrotoxicosis. Apparently, it is common among middle-aged and older felines. Here is a link if you are interesting in being informed -

"Angel" Annie had hyper-t, I did so much research on it. The Fates forbid the boys ever end up with it, but if they do, I would treat it differently, I think. Annie was NEVER the same after she started the methimazole.

My cat, Avalon, has hyperthyroidism. He's getting special veterinary food from Hill's for this.
